Queensland: Goomeri
Incorporating photos and Information from Michael Greenslade's former Australian Towns, Cities and Highways site

Goomeri is a small town located at the junction of the Burnett, Bunya and Wide Bay Highways. Nestled in a small valley, the town serves the local beef industries as well as being an important stop for motorists due to its key geographical position. The town centre is excellent with much of the shopping centre based around the highway junction and the well kept Digger Perrett Park.
