South Australia: Willunga

Located in the Maclaren Valley, Willunga is a small town that is often considered an outer suburb of Adelaide, it is one of the state's oldest towns. The town hosts a number of festivals and is a short distance from beaches and recreation areas. The town name is derived from the local indigenous dialect and means 'the locality of green trees'
