South Australia: Tarlee
Incorporating photos and Information from Michael Greenslade's former Australian Towns, Cities and Highways site

Tarlee is a small town located on what was once known as Main North Road in South Australia's Mid North region.

Prior to the arrival of Europeans the area was home to the Kaurna Aboriginal people. Europeans settled in the area in the 1860s as a stopover point for traffic moving to and from the Kapunda and Burra mines and the port at Adelaide.
