General Information:
C743 is mostly a semi-rural route just outside the Melbourne metropolitan area, linking the end of the Tullamarine Freeway and Melbourne Airport with the Mount Macedon ranges region. C743 does feature a small freeway grade section approaching Terminal Dr, Melbourne Dr and Tullamarine Fwy (MR43) at Melbourne Airport.
The route passes by Melbourne's international airport, residential, commercial and rural areas.
