General Information:

The M15 segment of the Cunningham Highway is a full motorway standard route, that bypasses the Ipswich urban area. The route has its origins as a Super-2 expressway, but now features dual carriageways and 2 lanes in each direction.

The Cunningham Highway is named after the explorer and botanist Allan Cunningham. The Cunningham Highway forms an important link in South-East Queensland, and links Ipswich & Brisbane with the southern Darling Downs and forms part of the inland Brisbane-Sydney road route.
