General Information:

Tourist Drive 30 is a mostly rural standard route on the north coast of New South Wales that connects several small coastal towns. It can also be used an alternate route to the Pacific Highway and passes through mostly farming and bushland areas but also through commercial and residential zones.

History:

May 2016: Completion of curve correction on Angels Beach Drive adjacent to Chickiba Lake andrehabilitation of the road east of the curve all the way to Silver Gull Drive. 2
June 2016: Completion of a curve correction to the road northeast of Prospect Bridge to improve road safety. 3
August 2016: Completion of roundabout construction at the Angels Beach Drive and Links Avenue intersection. 4
July 2017: Completion of roundabout construction at the corner of The Coast Road, Skennars Head Road, Headlands Drive and North Creek Road at Skennars Head. 5
February 2018: Construction commences on a median strip at the Sunrise Boulevard and Ewingsdale Road roundabout. 6
April 2018: Work commences on construction of a roundabout at the junction of Bayshore Drive and Ewingsdale Road. 7
December 2018: Completion of roundabout at Bayshore Drive and Ewingsdale Road, Byron Bay. 7
