General Information:

The former Tourist Drive 14 followed several state routes and even replaced part of State Route 73 between Richmond and Jamisontown. The route is a mix of 2-lane undivided road and in some cases 4 lane divided road. The route takes in commercial, industrial, residential and rural communities.
